International orders must be paid by wire transfer to our bank account.
We ship worldwide. All instruments purchased
from us require a minimum of 48 hours to process, set-up and ship
from our shop.
Items may be opened and tested prior to being shipped. We do this
to eliminate the chance of a factory defect being sent, and you
having to return it. All shipments are insured, computer tracked,
and require an adult signature for delivery.
If your goods arrived damaged, you must
notify us within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. It's your
responsibility to do this. We will then notify the courier on your
behalf and file a damage claim. The courier will make arrangements
to return the shipment to us for inspection.
Goods shipped within Ontario are subject to
both PST and GST taxes.
Goods shipped outside of Ontario but within Canada are subject
to GST but not PST.
Goods shipped from Canada to the U.S. are not subject to any Canadian
taxes.
Shipments between Canada and the U.S. will
incur a brokerage fee levied by the courier, and possibly a customs
fee, which are billed to the receiver of the shipment.
Foreign made goods (made outside of North America) shipped between
Canada and the U.S. are subject to a customs duty charge: usually
4% to 6% of landed value of the goods, plus a brokerage fee levied
by the courier.
Canadian buyers considering making a purchase
from the U.S. to be shipped into Canada can view the landed cost
