All prices are in Canadian currency, except where indicated. Our website is updated often, however prices may change without notice. Please call or email for confirmation of prices.

How to Make a Purchase
We want your purchase experience to be as smooth as possible. Therefore we ask that you call or e-mail us with your requirements, and what you're considering. We'll recommend what will work best for your needs. If you want your order shipped, we will need your full address to determine the shipping charge. Specific items are eligible for a 24 hour approval period. Details will be given prior to your purchase.

Payment Options
In Store: cash, Interac®, MasterCard®, VISA®,

Canadian Phone Order Purchases: payment can be done easily and securely online from your bank to us via Email Money Transfer. You create the security password question and answer, then send payment to our email address: info@clubbass.ca
After that is completed you email us the security question answer so we can receive your payment.

U.S. orders must be paid by PayPal (must be a PayPal verified buyer with confirmed address) or wire transfer to our bank account.

International orders must be paid by wire transfer to our bank account.

Shipping
We ship worldwide. All instruments purchased from us require a minimum of 48 hours to process, set-up and ship from our shop.
Items may be opened and tested prior to being shipped. We do this to eliminate the chance of a factory defect being sent, and you having to return it. All shipments are insured, computer tracked, and require an adult signature for delivery.

If your goods arrived damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. It's your responsibility to do this. We will then notify the courier on your behalf and file a damage claim. The courier will make arrangements to return the shipment to us for inspection.

Canadian & U.S. Buyers Read This
Goods shipped within Ontario are subject to both PST and GST taxes.
Goods shipped outside of Ontario but within Canada are subject to GST but not PST.
Goods shipped from Canada to the U.S. are not subject to any Canadian taxes.

Shipments between Canada and the U.S. will incur a brokerage fee levied by the courier, and possibly a customs fee, which are billed to the receiver of the shipment.
Foreign made goods (made outside of North America) shipped between Canada and the U.S. are subject to a customs duty charge: usually 4% to 6% of landed value of the goods, plus a brokerage fee levied by the courier.

International Buyers Read This
Goods shipped from our location to outside North America are not charged any Canadian taxes.
The Buyer is responsible for any brokerage and/or customs fees charged by the freight company and/or your local government.

All sales are final. No refunds, store credit only. Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee
