If a defective item(s) or any part of it requires servicing at the
manufacturer's location, you will have to pay all shipping charges,
a brokerage fee (if shipment is to the U.S.), and a processing fee
of $25.00 (warranty status), $55.00 (non-warranty status). These
costs are not covered under warranty.
Our labour fee is $75.00 per hour with a one hour minimum. You can
help minimize this cost by presenting your defective item(s) in a
ready-to-be-worked-on-state. If the item is rackmounted, don't bring
us the entire rack. Remove the item from the rack and just bring
it in.

Manufacturer's warranties are not all the same.
If you want good service support, it's vital to read all information
provided by the manufacturer with your product, and follow any instructions.
A manfacturer's warranty will usually cover the cost of defective parts,
the factory labour cost to restore an item(s) to original operation,
and the return shipping to the customer or to the dealer.
The cost of shipping an item(s) to the manufacturer or to the authorized
service centre is not covered.
Usually a manufacturer will warranty a product to the original owner
only. Therefore original invoice is required.
All products: 3 years from the date of purchase, for the original
owner.
5 years from the date of purchase, for the original owner.
All instruments: 10 years from the date of purchase, for the original
owner
All instruments: 2 years from the date of purchase, for the original
owner
All products: 3 years from the date of purchase, for the original

All instruments: Limited Lifetime, for the original owner.
The Sadowsky Preamp/DI warranty is to the original owner for
